Dolphin Mall

The regional mall has a total area of 1.65 million square feet and a continuous pedestrian circulation over a mile long. The single story building is bisected by a two-level volume, creating a grandiose entrance to the mall. In this intersection, most of the restaurants and entertainment activities are located, as well as the access to the 19-screen movie theater. It also includes 13 anchor stores, value and specialty shops, and parking for 7,800 cars.
